I am a father, coach, trainer, and player.
As a quarterback and defensive back, I have been both a national champion and a world champion at the highest level of the sport. I have not only competed on the local level and nationally, but also am a member of the US National Flag Football Team.
I have reached the pinnacle of the flag world as a player and am currently in the process of striving to do the same as a coach. I coach flag football for girls (6u-18+) and have 5 championships in my first year. This includes winning a championship on the same field that the Jacksonville Jaguars play every Sunday.
With my global experience as a player and local experience as a coach, I have expanded my knowledge and expertise into the training sector. I have trained thousands of individuals that want to make themselves better and compete at the highest of levels. This includes both male and female adult and children’s training. My love of the game and experience spanning over two decades has allowed me to pass on my knowledge to those that want to be trained by me.
I have reached the ultimate goal as a flag football player and am now looking to pass that training down on to those that want to make themselves great.
